ORDERS

SELLING PRICE
The prices of the products and services invoiced are those shown in the electronic catalog at the time of the order. Sales prices are net prices. A contribution to delivery costs, if requested, is clearly indicated on the final validation slip, together with the total amount payable.
DELIVERY DEADLINES
By delivery, we mean the handing over of the products to our customer, at the address indicated on the order form. Products and services are normally delivered by Colissimo and Chronopost to the address indicated by the customer within 1 to 4 working days, depending on the carrier selected. The sender reserves the right to use any other means of delivery, subject to the agreed delivery times and costs. Delivery times are given as an indication only. They are not binding and may under no circumstances give rise to cancellation or a claim for damages. They correspond to reasonable delivery times, taking into consideration seasonal imperatives and practices specific to the profession, which will then be notified to the customer by e-mail. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays. For international deliveries, depending on the product and the region, delivery times may vary by several days. In view of our supply imperatives, we reserve the right to deliver to our customers in one or more shipments during the same season.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Colissimo delivery charges: 7€ to home delivery, 4€ to a point relais, free for orders over 99€
Chronopost delivery charges: 7€ to a point relais 24H, free for orders over 99€. 9€ home delivery, free for orders over 199€.
NON-AVAILABILITY
MGM67 Shilton will do its utmost to satisfy the customer's requests and fulfill the customer's orders for products and services. However, MGM67 Shilton will not be obliged to accept all orders and cannot be held liable to the customer for late delivery or temporary or permanent non-availability of products and services.
In the event of stock shortage, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an exchange or refund.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
We are committed to providing you with complete satisfaction for all our products. In accordance with the legislation governing mail-order sales for online sales, you may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date. A contribution to the cost of return of 4.99€ will be deducted from your refund.
Returns for exchange or gift certificate are offered by Shilton, limited to one return per order. To make a return, go to "My account -> Order history" and follow the instructions.
FORCE MAJEURE
Shilton cannot be held responsible in the event of events or exceptions beyond our control (fire, water damage, strikes, lock-outs, machine breakdowns, etc.), whether they occur on our premises or those of our suppliers or subcontractors. Delivery times will be extended by a period equal to that of the impediments that have occurred. Similarly, the seller is released from his obligation to deliver in the event of any fortuitous event or force majeure as defined by established case law.
PAYMENT
Payment for products and services is made by credit card when the order is placed, using the 3D SECURE secure system, or via PayPal. Until receipt of the full amount due, MGM67 Shilton remains the owner of the products delivered and reserves the right to recover them by any means at its disposal in case of default of final payment.
We accept payment by cheque if you live in mainland France. This method of payment is available on our site, at the last stage of your order. Your order will be validated and shipped as soon as your check has been cashed by our accounting department. Cheques should be made payable to "MGM67" and sent to the following address: MGM - Service vente en ligne - 34310 Quarante - France. Payment by cheque must be received within 7 days from the date of your order. After this time, your order will be automatically cancelled.
GUARANTEE
The goods delivered are packaged by us in standard parcels sealed with special adhesive tape. In the event of a dispute upon arrival of the parcel, it is imperative to accept the delivery with the usual reservations, to check the goods in the presence of the carrier and to indicate on the transport receipt the condition of the packaging (open parcel - damaged, re-sealed, etc.) as well as the quantities found. Within 3 days of delivery (not including public holidays), the customer must notify the carrier by registered letter of the condition of the packages received and details of any missing items. For good order, he must also inform us within 48 hours. Any recourse against the carrier in the event of shortage, damage or delay is the responsibility of the consignee, who may not invoke any of these circumstances to delay payment. Furthermore, in the absence of any apparent damage or any claim not attributable to the carrier, any shortage in relation to the delivery note must be notified to us by registered letter (A.R.) within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
