If you already have one, you can already access your loyalty program.
To access your loyalty account, log in to your customer account.
You can then access your loyalty account from the top of your customer account.
OPERATIONS & Awards
Your loyalty account allows you to collect points (by making purchases or completing missions from your account). You can then transform these points into exclusive gifts from your account.
There are 2 ways to earn points:
- For every euro spent in our store, you earn 1 point.
- You can also complete missions from your loyalty account to earn more points for redemption.
The VIP program is a tiered program.
By registering, you are in the Beginner level. Each time you place an order on our site, you move up in the program. The further you progress in the program, the more exclusive benefits you'll receive.
There are 4 levels: beginner, bronze, silver and gold. You'll be offered benefits as soon as you reach the first level.
Our old VIP program gave you rewards depending on whether you were a Bronze, Silver or Gold customer. You could only earn these rewards once as you moved up to the next level.
With our new program, you can now earn these rewards again! That's why you're in the Beginner tier.
What's more, you earn additional rewards that you didn't have in our previous program.
SPONSORSHIP
You like Shilton products? Then you're our best ambassador! When you recommend Shilton to a friend or family member, you can give them a €10 discount on their first order.
As soon as your friend or family member has placed their order, you will receive a €10 voucher.
To sponsor a friend :
- Log in to your customer account and access your loyalty account.
- In the "Refer a friend" section, enter the e-mail address of the friend you wish to refer.
- Your referral will receive his or her gift code, and you will receive yours as soon as he or she places an order.
If your friend knows Shilton but has never placed an order on our online site, then you can become their sponsor.
However, you cannot sponsor a friend or family member who is already a shilton.fr customer.
Once your referral has placed an order on our website, you will receive a code by e-mail.
This code is valid for 60 days after your referral's order.
Simply enter this code in your shopping cart when you place your next order.
